While there are no official Tour de Paso Robles events planned
this day, there will be many Paso Robles winemakers making appearances
throughout the valley at many of local wine shops and most AJ's
stores. Check back as the date approaches for up to the minute
details
Saturday, April 5, 2008 - "Winemaker Roulette"
Join us for a unique Winemaker's Dinner event at Frasher's Smokehouse
and Restaurant. Eight wineries will host individual tables of
10, and will pour their wine and devote their attention to their
table for the entire night. Innovative cuisine from George Frasher's
inventive staff will be paired with the wines.
This event is a fundraiser for the general fund for the Greater
Scottsdale Boys and Girls Club, Cost is $75.00 per person including
tax. Gratuity is extra.
PLEASE NOTE: Winery table assignments/seating arrangements for
this event are a blind draw at the door. You will not be able
to request to be seated at a specific winery's table. Part of
the fun will be the chance of making friends with a new winery,
and one of it's principles... not to mention the opportunity
to drink some delicious wines that you may or may not be familiar
with.
We will do our best to accommodate your groups seating needs,
but please keep in mind that there are a limited number of seats
at each table, and will be filled on a first come first seated
basis. If you have a large group to sit, please arrive early
to assist us in placing you together. If we are not able to
seat you all together due to logistics, we will now ask for
your patience in advance. Thank you.

The Tour de Paso Robles Grand Tasting will take place at the
Chaparral Suites and Resort spacious conference center. We anticipate
36 participating wineries will be pouring over 200 wines for
the Valley wine enthusiast to sample and enjoy.
Tickets for Sunday's Grand Tasting are available at any AJ's
WIne Cellar location. Cost is $45.00 in advance, $50.00 day
of the event. There are a limited number of tickets and may
be for sale at the door based on availability. The event is
open to ticket holders at 2:00PM and will close at 5:00PM.
